At 11:41 on Monday, 25 December, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews have assisted with an elderly lady who became stuck on the floor following a fall, she has not sustained any injuries but was physically unable to get back up in to a standing position without assistance.
