At 14:48 on Monday, 1 January, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Church Stretton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear

Fire involving washing machine in kitchen. Out on arrival. Crews ventilating property.
