At 18:23 on Wednesday, 3 January, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Wem.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Short extension ladder
• Small gear

One window frame involved in fire, one hose reel jet, short extension ladder and small gear in use
