At 10:36 on Sunday, 21 January, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Incident involving 1 vehicle in hedge with 1 person trapped. Released using electric saws and vehicle made safe.
