At 19:36 on Wednesday, 28 March, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water
• Hosereel jet

Small amount of undergrowth on fire which has been extinguished using hose reel jets and buckets of water.
