At 02:33 on Friday, 30 March, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Road Furniture Fire.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Dry powder extinguisher

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency and the Police.

Fire involving electrics in roadside bollard following road traffic collision.
