At 01:18 on Sunday, 1 April, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Market Drayton.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Prees. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Severe fire in first floor of property, crews using four breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one covering jet
