At 06:40 on Sunday, 22 April, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rubbish Fire in Montgomery Way, Shrewsbury .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Fire involving large quantity of household rubbish in garden of dwelling house. Heat damage to window frame and guttering of house. 1 hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera used to extinguish fire and search for further hot spots.
