At 10:05 on Monday, 23 April, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Oswestry. Fire Investigation and Safety officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire in the open. Crews extinguished fire and are damping down area.
