At 17:54 on Saturday, 28 April, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Railway Embankment in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

Fire involving smouldering railway sleepers on flat bed carriage. One hose reel jet and small gear used.
