At 16:30 on Wednesday, 30 May, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Much Wenlock and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Land Ambulance Service .
