At 19:45 on Sunday, 24 June, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water
• Knapsacks

Small quantity of grass and undergrowth alight in open field. Crews used buckets of water and a knapsack sprayer to extinguish the fire.
