At 14:55 on Friday, 29 June, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Grass Fire.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Whitchurch.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water

Whitchurch crew in attendance following a grass fire in a layby on the Whitchurch bypass. Fire was out on arrival - buckets of water are in use to damp down the area.
