At 21:58 on Friday, 6 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of fire in electric oven which proved to be cooking left in oven. Property owner was alerted by smoke alarm and used fire blanket to extinguish fire. Thermal imaging camera was used by fire service
