At 11:03 on Sunday, 8 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire Commercial.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Prees and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Crews from Whitchurch have dealt with a fire involving an electric oven. Fire has been extinguished using foam extinguisher, 1 hose reel jet and 2 breathing apparatus.
