At 19:09 on Monday, 9 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Crews have extinguished grass and undergrowth fire approximately 15m x 5m using 1 extended hose reel jet.
