At 15:42 on Sunday, 15 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Late Fire Call in Ayr Close, Leegomery .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Report of a tumble dryer having been on fire, now removed to rear garden of property. On arrival the fire crew checked the tumble dryer but no action was required as the fire was out.
