At 13:50 on Tuesday, 17 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Near Hodnet.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Hodnet.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving a small area of hedgerow measuring 2 square metres. Crews used one hose reel jet to extinguish.
