At 21:23 on Tuesday, 17 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Gas Leak.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews were requested following damage to a gas pipe. They were able to isolate the leak and remained in attendance until the arrival of the gas board to make safe.
