At 13:31 on Sunday, 22 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bonfire in Shifnal.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

One bonfire approximately 2m x 2m, extinguished using one hosereel jet due to dry weather conditions and the potential for fire spread.
