At 15:15 on Monday, 23 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Dry powder extinguisher

Also at the scene of the incident were: a utility company.

Small fire involving roadside cable telephone cabinet.
