At 20:10 on Tuesday, 31 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bonfire in Broseley Wood.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Tweedale and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Knapsacks

Incident involving a small bonfire which has spread to roughly 5 metres of adjacent fencing panels. Fire was extinguished by the occupier prior to the arrival of the Fire Service. 1 Knapsack sprayer in use to damp down.
