At 13:24 on Friday, 24 August, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

RTC involving 1 HGV and 2 saloon vehicles. Three casualties were involved one of whom was extricated from the vehicle using cutting equipment.
