At 12:48 on Sunday, 2 September, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
