At 16:13 on Saturday, 8 September, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Church Stretton.

1 fire appliance including the Aerial Ladder Platform was mobilised from Church Stretton and Shrewsbury.

Crews have dealt with chimney fire. Reinspection carried out at 0900hrs to confirm no hotspots remain.
