At 12:37 on Saturday, 22 September, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
