At 15:35 on Wednesday, 3 October, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Buntingsdale Road, Market Drayton .

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender and the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Market Drayton, Prees, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
