At 04:55 on Monday, 8 October, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as HGV Fire in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving overheated rear brakes on HGV. Cooled by firefighters using a high pressured hose reel jet.
