At 10:35 on Friday, 12 October, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Kennedy Road junction with Roman Road, Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Report of RTC involving 2 vehicles. 1 person trapped released by fire service personnel using Holmatro cutting equipment. 2 casualties taken to hospital via land ambulance.
