At 07:34 on Wednesday, 17 October, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 1 saloon vehicle, 1 motorbike and 1 transit van. Fire Service personnel making vehicles safe
