At 07:11 on Wednesday, 24 October, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Road traffic collision involving one commercial van and one articulated large goods vehicle. One male was extracated using Holmatro. Casualty was conveyed to hospital via air ambulance
