At 12:22 on Thursday, 25 October, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Much Wenlock.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the RSPCA.

1 cat rescued from a height of approximately 25 feet up a tree, using a 9m ladder.
