At 11:52 on Saturday, 10 November, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 person rescued from cherry picker which was stuck 45 ft in the air.
