At 08:31 on Monday, 19 November, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Animal Rescue in Newport.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 Foal released from field ditch by Fire Service personnel.
