At 02:16 on Friday, 21 December, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Craven Arms.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Reports of house fire. Fire crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera. Crews also ventilated smoke from roof space and a section of roof was cut away using small tools.
