At 11:07 on Sunday, 23 December, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Newport, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
