At 03:19 on Tuesday, 1 January, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Albrighton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear

Small fire out of arrival electrical defect melting of cable on 3 phase input to building fumes from which have activated Smoke detector in electrical cupboard. Small gear and electrical gloves in use. Electrician has been asked to attend to replace cables.
