At 14:56 on Saturday, 12 January, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Initially called to an automatic fire alarm activation crews discovered there had been a small fire involving unattended cooking, one person received oxygen therapy for smoke inhalation before arrival of an ambulance
