At 16:06 on Saturday, 5 January, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Skip Fire in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Knapsacks
• Short extension ladder

Waste timber contents of one skip alight, extinguished by Fire Service personnel.
