At 20:13 on Saturday, 6 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Incident involving one bonfire out of control. Extinguished by crews using knapsacks and drag hooks.
