At 11:49 on Sunday, 7 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: a vet.

Rescue of horse from horsebox. Horse successfully freed.
