At 20:59 on Tuesday, 28 January, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Grosvenor House, Knights Way, Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Report of a smell of burning from a hot water boiler. The small fire was confined to the electrics and the fire was out on arrival of fire crew.
