At 20:48 on Tuesday, 14 April, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Whitchurch.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Small gear
• Stirrup pump
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving chimney of domestic property. Crews used chimney gear to extinguish fire, and thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.
