Kitchen Fire

At 11:24 on Thursday, 9 July, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Little Stretton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Dry powder extinguisher
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Incident involves one deep fat fryer fully involved in fire. Crews used four breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one dry powder extinguisher and a thermal image camera to deal with this incident.
