At 00:26 on Friday, 8 January, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

This incident involved a fault on the system of a biomass boiler. Crews used thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.
