At 17:05 on Tuesday, 26 January, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Animal Rescue in Kidderminster.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

One horse stuck in drainage ditch. Fire crews moved one 33 year old horse from ditch to field. Horse was left in the care of owner
