At 01:19 on Friday, 2 April, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Call to RTC persons trapped. On arrival all persons had self-extricated. Fire Service made vehicle safe using small gear.
