At 13:49 on Tuesday, 1 June, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Railway Embankment in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

Fire involving approximately 700 square metres of railway embankment, extinguished using two hose reel jets, beaters and small gear
