At 18:48 on Monday, 26 July, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Electricity Pylon in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Also at the scene of the incident were: a utility company.

Reports of a power surge which has caused an electrical coil to fall to the ground. Fire was out on arrival of crews and incident left with Western Power.
