At 12:14 on Saturday, 21 August, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involved 25 tonnes of landfill and household waste on back of trailer. Fire crews used 1 manitou and 1 hose reel jet
